On February 1, Shagang adjusted the ex-factory prices of building steel varieties, based on “Shagang released the price adjustment of building materials in late January 2025 on January 21”. The specific adjustments are as follows:
① The price of rebar is temporarily stable. The ex-factory price of HRB400Ф16-20mm rebar is 3,500 yuan/ton. The price of Φ10mm is increased by 160 yuan/ton, Φ12mm is increased by 100 yuan/ton, Φ14mm is increased by 30 yuan/ton, Φ22mm is increased by 30 yuan/ton, Φ25mm is increased by 30 yuan/ton, Φ28-32mm is increased by 60 yuan/ton, Φ36 and Φ40mm are increased by 250 yuan/ton, and earthquake-resistant steel bars are increased by 30 yuan/ton. The ex-factory price of Ф14-20mm HRB500 thread is 300 yuan/ton higher than that of HRB400, Φ22mm is 30 yuan/ton higher, and Φ25mm is 30 yuan/ton higher.
② The price of high-strength wire is temporarily stable, and the current price of HPB300Ф6-10mm ordinary carbon high-strength wire is 3420 yuan/ton.
③ The price of the coil is temporarily stable, and the current price of HRB400Ф8-10mm coil is 3510 yuan/ton, Ф6mm HRB400 coil is 300 yuan/ton higher, and the price of the seismic coil is 30 yuan/ton higher.

① The price of hot-rolled Q235 is temporarily stable. The current execution price of Q2355.5*1500mm hot-rolled coil is 3650 yuan/ton, and the current execution price of SPHC4.0*1250mm hot-rolled coil is 3660 yuan/ton.
