The final review of the review ruled that if the anti-dumping duties, in this case, are canceled, the dumping of the products involved in the case in China will continue or reoccur at a dumping rate of 182.90%, the dumping of the products involved in the case in Taiwan, China will continue or reoccur at a dumping rate of 87.30%, and the case in Brazil will be involved.

The dumping of products continues or reoccurs at a dumping rate of 52.25%, the dumping of the products involved in Japan continues or reoccurs at a dumping rate of 65.81%, and the dumping of products involved in Thailand continues or reoccurs at a dumping rate of 52.60%.
