Morocco makes a final anti-dumping ruling on Turkish Galvanized Wire
On February 21, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Morocco issued Announcement No. DDC/02/2023, making an affirmative final ruling on the anti-dumping of galvanized wire (French: fils galvanisés) originating in Turkey and decided to impose an affirmative final ruling on the Turkish exporter ASLANLI TEL SANAYI imposes 21% anti-dumping duties, and 61% anti-dumping duties are imposed on GUNEY CELIK and other Turkish producers and exporters. The Moroccan tax codes of the products involved are 7217.20.10.00 and 7217.20.99.00.

On March 9, 2022, Morocco launched an anti-dumping investigation on galvanized steel wire originating in Turkey. On September 15, 2022, the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Announcement No. DDC/10/2022, made an affirmative preliminary ruling on the case, and preliminarily ruled that the dumping margin of the products involved was 21% to 61%.
