Cold Drawn Mechanical Tubing
Cold-Drawn Seamless Mechanical Pipe (CDS) is a cold-drawn 1018/1026 steel tube that offers uniform tolerances, enhanced machinability, and higher strength and tolerances than hot-rolled products. Manufactured from hot rolled 1026, the cold drawing process improves the physical properties of the tube and provides better tolerances and reduced machining allowances for hot finishing seamless.
