Welding gas bottle steel is dedicated used to manufacturing steel welded gas bottles for repeatedly holding liquefied petroleum gas under normal atmospherical temperature (-40~60℃) with a test pressure of 3. 2MPa.
Steel welded gas bottle is the category II and III pressure vessel strictly controlled by the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Supervisory Bureau, which is directly related to customer safety, and the certification (production license) shall be revised every 5 years.
The steel for boiler and pressure vessels is mainly divided into three categories: the first category is medium and normal pressure vessel steel such as Q245R、Q345R、15CrMoR, which are mainly applied in civil boilers and ordinary industry boilers; the second category is low temperature pressure vessel steel such as 16MnDR、15MnNiDR, which are mainly used in locomotive and chemical machinery industry; the third category is hardening and tempering high strength steel such as 12MnNiVR, which is mainly applied in special industries such as boiler of the power station and nuclear power station.

Product Precision
Thickness: the thickness deviation of the sheet shall conform to the higher precision requirement in table 5 of GB/T 709.

Width: 0-6mm for the sheet with side trimming, the width shall be controlled by the mill for the sheet without side trimming.
