Looking for top quality cold rolled carbon steel for welded pipe? We specialize in supplying high quality cold rolled carbon steel specifically tailored for welded pipe applications. Our cold-rolled carbon steel offers superior strength, durability and weldability, making it ideal for manufacturing high-quality welded pipe.
We also offer competitive pricing, please get in touch with us today to discuss your specific needs.
LYS’s cold rolled steel for welded tube has two varieties (ultra-low carbon steel and low carbon steel). It has stable chemistry, good drawing property and thickness accuracy, which can be used for single and double welded tubes and widely applied to condenser pipe of refrigerator and oil tube of automobiles.

High-grade surface finishing | FB(O3) | A few defects without affecting formability and coating adhesion are allowable on surface, eg. Slight scratches, identation, pitted spot, roll mark and oxide color. |
Higher-grade surface finishing | FC(O4) | None of any visible obvious defect on the better one of two surfaces, the other side has to reach FB requirement at least. |

Remark:
A.The specification of “3” in the above table: stands for design capacity of production line, contract review is required if order receiving.
B.The specification of “1” in the above table: stands for current steel grades which could be produced, but further exchanges and confirmation of order receiving is required for the steel grades without mass production to decide whether contract review is necessary.
C.The specification of “2” in the above table: stands for current steel grades which have been produced previously, contract review is unnecessary with order receiving, but contract review is required if special requirements from customer.
D.Economic quantity is reachable by mix production of required steel grades with specifications (the number of heats by continuous casting sequence), contract review is necessary if the economic quantity is not reachable.
